1. Where do we ship?
Any order made on boutique Darsala can be delivered in the following countries :
Domestic : Singapore
Zone 1 : Malaysia, Brunei
Zone 2 : Cambodia, China, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Myanmar, Philippines, South Korea, Sri Lanka, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam
Zone 3 : Rest of the world
Order processing time should be within 2-3 days if stock available.
2. Import Tax
Any import or local taxes to be paid on arrival of order in destination country will have to be paid by customer. Please check your local regulation especially on exotic skins before ordering to make sure import package by post will not be blocked in customs. Darsala will not be taken responsible for any import issue in local country.
3. I have not received my product
If your package is shown as distributed / delivered but you have not received it, you should file a claim with the post office and inform us at the following address: sales@boutiquedarsala.com
4. I want to return my product
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@boutiquedarsala.com
